Price.    In every market there are the large companies with big budgets, expensive advertising campaigns, and telemarketers who get paid on commission.  They use big words and fancy slogans to describe their products.  We simply buy rubber tracks direct from what are research shows to be the best rubber track producers in the world.  Our reputation depends upon our suppliers.  They continue to look at new technologies and improve their products, or we look elsewhere.  Tracks and Undercarriage is what we do.  Our Price/Quality ratio is virtually impossible to beat.  And we have negotiated great rates to ship you tracks at amazing prices and quick delivery times.

Quality.     Price plays a huge role in your decision, but you would probably pay more for guaranteed quality.
It's whats inside the rubber track that cannot be seen which is most important.

Look for rubber tracks which have a Continuous Steel Cable.  Jointed Tracks are old technology with multiple welded or glued cables.  Have you seen tracks which are split but have plenty of rubber left?  Many times this is at the joint.  CSC rubber tracks eliminate that joint.  The rubber is vulcanized around the cables.  So why do certain manufacturers still produce jointed rubber tracks?  Being able to dedicate production to one particular length allows them to save time and thus money.
What else is important?  Our teeth are not molded but steel forged for strength.  And the CSC's are stainless to be rust resistant.  Then there is the rubber.  All tracks are made of a rubber mixture.  It is a complicated material process.  And quality control is the key.  Our manufacturers have engineers who are continually testing the rubber and its properties.  We have no fancy names for our rubber like some.  Again, its all about quality control and warranty.

So how do you know for sure what you are getting when you buy tracks from anyone?  Honestly, thats not easy.  Its impossible to see inside the rubber tracks when they show at your shop.  We suggest you take a few moments on the phone with us, ask questions.  There are no telemarketers here.  No one will ask you for your order, that is your decision.  Feel comfortable with us, or call your dealer.  The key is no matter who you get them from: 1) keep your rubber tracks adjusted to manufacturer specs, 2) watch your undercarriage parts for wear, 3) keep the tracks cleaned out, 4) stay off hard surfaces and stone as much as possible, and 5) know your operators.  Lastly, if you talk with one of those professional sales people who fill you with a bunch of useless facts and then push you to order, lose their number.

Warranty.  No manufacturer is perfect.  We like to brag about our manufacturers 0.3 % defect claims.  All our rubber tracks are guaranteed to fit and have a prorated workmanship warranty for 1 year or 1000 hours.  And if you have an issue, you talk with same people who sold you your rubber track.  No warranty department.  A small operation like ours truly cares about the quality of our rubber tracks, and we want to make things right.

Quick Shipping.  No official cut off times.  We do our best to get the rubber tracks out the same day no matter when you call, and because we our centrally located, most delivery points are 1-3 days.  Our shipping partners give us great rates, and we don't inflate the charges.  We do have carriers who can overnight products if needed.
